Data We Collect and And What It Is Used For
Through our website and during our sign-up process we collect your name and contact details, including email address, phone number and address. This allows us to contact you about any services you buy.
We also keep records of the training we have provided, in order to provide appropriate cover if one of the trainers is unable to take a session. These records are only made available to our training staff.
Please be aware that all Zoom classes are recorded, and recordings may be made available to participating students and trainers. By signing up, you are agreeing that you may be recorded in this way.
We may also store your name and email address, so that we can keep you up to date with our news and monitor the success of our promotions. If you do not wish to receive this information, please email training@skyhardt.co.uk with UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject line.
Our Website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell some of our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
Privacy
We promise to store your data securely, and we will not pass your details on to third parties. If you would like to see what data we store about you, please contact us on training@skyhardt.co.uk. You may ask us to stop collecting and/or delete your data at any time, but this may mean we can no longer provide services to you.

We may wish to feature your dog and their progress in our social media, website and marketing. This could include photographs, as well as descriptions of training outcomes. However, if you do not wish for us to do this please let us know, and we will mark your records accordingly.
